Richard Curtis – Director

Richard has been part of Arnold Lift Trucks for more years than he cares to count, starting off as an apprentice to his dad, Patrick.  In 2017, Patrick handed over the reins to Richard, entrusting him with the future of the family business.

As a child, Richard dreamt of becoming a footballer and living in a mansion. Instead, he found his calling as a forklift engineer (and he’s pretty chuffed about it, to be honest).

When he’s not ensuring your forklifts run like a dream, Richard is a die-hard Nottingham Forest supporter (don’t worry, we still serve Derby County fans with a smile). He’s also a devoted dad to Alexander, 7, and Beatrice, 5, and the husband of his long-suffering wife, Louise.

Richard might not have made it to the football pitch, but he’s definitely scored big with us at Arnold Lift Trucks!
